During one-on-one counseling, patients may discuss a variety of topics from anxiety counseling to grief counseling and much more. Each counselor will work with their patients to identify the best treatment course.

Case management is a service offered to help patients in need better navigate their everyday lives.

As part of our mental health services, Signature Health offers a variety of groups on an outpatient basis.

Children sometimes need counseling to cope with problems that affect their everyday lives. If they can't work through these problems on their own, therapy can help. Signature Health offers counseling to children starting at preschool age.

Couples counseling is for any couple needing to work through a conflict. A counselor will help you resolve issues and improve your relationship.

Families struggling from stressful situations can receive treatment at Signature Health. From divorce, and substance use disorder, to other mental health concerns, we're here to help.

If you are struggling with PTSD/trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy may be right for you.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is offered in Ashtabula and Willoughby. If you are a parent or guardian needing assistance to navigate your child's challenging behavior, this therapy may be right for you.

How can I get help as a new patient?
If you have 60-90 minutes available now, you can speak with a counselor over video for an assessment (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm).
To schedule an appointment, call, chat or book your spot online.
Do you offer transportation?
Yes, to qualifying patients. Each of our locations is also located near a main bus route for patient convenience. If you are regularly unable to make it to your appointments because of lack of transportation, please let us know.
How do I pay for care?
Signature Health accepts:

- Traditional Medicare
- Some Medicare Advantage plans
For patients without insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale program for those who qualify. This means payment is based on your income and household size. We can also help get new patients set up with Medicaid. See a list of accepted insurances.
