Accessible Healthcare For All
At Signature Health, we care for both the mind and body to help individuals realize their full potential. Medicaid, Traditional Medicare and some Medicare Advantage Plans are accepted, and we offer a sliding fee scale.
We offer counseling in one-on-one, group and family settings, as well as psychiatry services for children and adults with mental health concerns. This includes medication management, specialized therapy for trauma (EMDR), and case management services.
A primary care provider can help you stay well, prevent or manage chronic diseases, recover quickly from illness or injury, and get necessary immunizations and screenings. As a Community Health Center, we care for patients from newborns to older adults.
Recovery from opioid, drug or alcohol addiction starts here. Each patient receives comprehensive care, free of judgement, which may include Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), peer support and more.
Our team works to prevent, screen and treat common infections including HIV, viral hepatitis, and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). We remove barriers to care, including offering walk-in testing.
“Signature Health has been a great facility that has helped me feel better about my recovery. The counselors, doctors, and group facilitators make getting additional resources easy. Their help has been beyond comparison to other facilities. I can honestly say Signature Health and their employees saved my life.”

“Signature Health has programs like PHP that I found to be therapeutic. They have helped me manage my anxiety and feel prepared for the challenges of my everyday life. I also appreciate the convenience of the on-site pharmacy.”
“Me and my child go to Signature Health. It has improved my life tremendously. In the past, at other places, I was misdiagnosed and put on unnecessary meds. Here, they actually listen and take the time to get to know you and your needs.”
