Accessible Healthcare For All

The Signature Health team treats both the mind and body, with an integrated approach to health care for all ages. Medicaid and Medicare insurance is accepted, and we offer a sliding fee scale.  

Mental Health

We offer counseling in one-on-one, group and family settings, as well as psychiatry services for children and adults with mental health concerns. This includes medication management, specialized therapy for trauma (EMDR), and case management services.  

Primary Care

A primary care provider can help you stay well, prevent or manage chronic diseases, recover quickly from illness or injury, and get necessary immunizations and screenings. As a Community Health Center, we care for patients from newborns to seniors. 

Addiction Recovery

Your recovery from opioid, drug or alcohol addiction starts here. Each patient receives comprehensive care free of judgement, which may include Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), counseling, psychiatry, intensive group therapy, and more.

Infectious Disease

Our team works to prevent, rapidly screen, and treat common infections including HIV, viral hepatitis, and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs). We remove barriers to care, including for the unique needs of the LGBTQ+ community.
