When you call, you’ll speak with a trained behavioral health specialist who is here to listen, support, and help you find the care you need.

Lake County Crisis Hotline

The Lake County Crisis Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support individuals experiencing urgent mental health concerns.

We help with:
• Talking through emotional distress or difficult feelings
• Providing support for thoughts of suicide or self-harm
• Connecting you to medical or psychiatric care, if needed
• Offering follow-up calls to check in and provide continued support
• Referring you to local crisis services and community resources

Available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM, including weekends and holidays — in person or via secure video.

If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, our team of caring professionals can come to you anywhere in Lake County to provide immediate support.

Here’s how we can help:
Conduct a crisis assessment and develop a safety plan
• Provide short-term counseling or case management
• Coordinate care with your current providers
• Connect you to mental health and social service resources
• Offer crisis stabilization and follow-up support

Our goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and on the path to recovery.

The Lake County Crisis Hotline and Lake County Mobile Crisis Team are both operated by Signature Health as a part of the Lake County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board network of care.
