Signature Health’s team in Willoughby cares for both children and adults. We offer mental health, addiction recovery, primary medical care, infectious disease, and pharmacy services—through in-person and telehealth appointments. Several different counseling groups are available to meet our patients’ needs, as well as free, walk-in screening for HIV, hepatitis C and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
To establish mental health or addiction recovery care, patients complete a 90-minute assessment to determine appropriate services. These appointments are typically scheduled in advance, or we offer some walk-in slots Monday through Friday. To schedule a new patient assessment, you can call the office, schedule online, or live chat a patient services team member during business hours.
