Signature Health’s team in Painesville cares for both children and adults, through in-person and telehealth appointments. We offer:

To establish mental health or addiction recovery care, patients complete a 90-minute assessment to determine appropriate services. These appointments are typically scheduled in advance, or we offer some walk-in slots Monday through Friday. To schedule a new patient assessment, you can call the office, schedule online, or live chat a patient services team member during business hours.
