How quickly can I get help?
We offer same day and next day help for both counseling and psychiatric evaluations for adults through the Signature Access Clinic. The Access Clinic helps you to avoid long waits for walk-in appointments by providing you with a scheduled appointment within 24-48 hours of your call. Children and adolescents can usually be scheduled within one week.

How do I get an appointment?
Call any of our offices to schedule an appointment:

What health insurance do you accept?
Signature Health Inc. accepts Medicaid, CareSource, Buckeye, United Health Care, Paramont, Molina, and Medicare. We also offer a sliding scale fee schedule for those who qualify. If you have private insurance, we would love the opportunity to provide your care. Although payment is expected at the time of service, we will give you the documentation you need to submit your own claim to your insurance company. If you are a Lake County or Ashtabula County resident, you may qualify for grant services. For more information, call 440.953.9999.

What age groups do you work with?
