Step-Down or Step-Up Care

This Type 1 residential facility and Adam & Amanda Center serves adults (ages 18+) who would benefit from a higher level of step-down care following discharge from a crisis stabilization or psychiatric inpatient unit, or who are referred for a higher level of monitored residential treatment.

Referrals should be placed by a qualified behavioral health professional and are reviewed by the Everett Clinic manager. You can access the referral form here and email completed forms to EverettReferrals@shinc.org.
