Ashtabula Health Center Services

Mental Health
We offer counseling and psychiatry services for children and adults with mental health concerns. This includes specialized therapy for trauma (EMDR), and case management services.

Primary Care
We provide services to patients of all ages including physicals, treatment for common illnesses and injuries, vaccinations, screenings, prevention or management of chronic conditions, infectious diseases, and sexual and reproductive health.

Addiction Recovery
Recovery from opioid, drug, alcohol, or gambling addiction starts here. Each patient receives comprehensive care, which may include Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), peer support and more.

Pharmacy
Fill your prescriptions at Signature Health Pharmacy, with pick up, free mailing and delivery options available.

Laboratory
On-site blood draws and lab services make screenings simple and convenient for our patients.

The last urine screening will be 15 minutes before the lab closing time listed, and the last blood draw will be done 30 minutes before the lab closing time listed.

Child Advocacy
The Ashtabula Area Child Advocacy Center (AACAC) provides child victims of sexual and physical abuse a caring environment for the disclosure and treatment of their traumatic experiences.

Mobile Clinic
Providing free naloxone nasal spray, opioid overdose education and other services for residents of Ashtabula County.

For patients without insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale program for those who qualify. This means payment is based on your income and household size. We can also help get new patients set up with Medicaid.
Transportation
Ashtabula County Transportation System (ACTS) busses run from 8am to 4:30pm (Monday - Friday), and stop near Signature Health every hour, between 5-15 past the hour. Learn more about the routes and door-to-door service.
Signature Health offers transportation to qualifying patients. If you are regularly unable to make it to your appointments because of lack of transportation, please let us know.
