Signature Health is a community health center serving all ages across Northeast Ohio, offering hope when its needed most. Our compassionate, collaborative team provides mental health, addiction recovery, primary care, dental and more—delivered with dignity and respect.
By reducing barriers to care, we help people reach their full potential for mental and physical wellness. We primarily serve Medicaid and Medicare patients, with financial assistance programs available to eligible individuals without insurance.

Our Story
Founded in 1993 by CEO Jonathan Lee, Chief Innovation Officer Ann Mason, and the late Paul Brickman, Signature Health began as a community-focused organization providing counseling services to children in local schools.
Over the past three decades, Signature Health has grown alongside the communities it serves, expanding programs and services to meet evolving healthcare needs throughout Northeast Ohio.
More than 30 years later, two of the organization's founders continue to serve in executive leadership, helping guide Signature Health's ongoing commitment to providing accessible, community-centered care.
