Signature Health offers mental health, addiction recovery, and medical services.

Mental Health

A huge part of what we do at Signature Health revolves around mental health. We offer a comprehensive list of counseling and dual diagnosis services, including one-on-one counseling, children’s and family counseling, trauma therapy (EMDR), group therapy classes, and more.

Primary Care

Treating each patient as a whole, mind and body, is important to us as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We offer a full range of primary care services including (but not limited to): disease prevention, sexual health services, women’s and family health services, and treatment of illnesses or injuries. If you are sick, need to see a specialist, or schedule an annual well exam, your primary care doctor can help you.

Addiction Recovery

We offer a variety of addiction recovery services to help you get well. Each patient receives comprehensive treatment through an innovative, integrated approach to health care. Addiction recovery services include MAT, IOP, PHP, counseling services, group therapy, and more.

Infectious Disease

Our Infectious Disease program involves prevention, education, rapid screening and timely treatment of common infections including HIV, viral hepatitis, and other sexually transmitted infections. Our team of specialists works together to remove barriers to care, including for the unique needs of the LGBTQ+ community.

Me and my child go to Signature Health. It has improved my life tremendously. In the past, at other places, I was misdiagnosed and put on unnecessary meds. Here, they actually listen and take the time to get to know you and your needs.”
