Mental Health

We offer counseling in one-on-one, group and family settings, as well as psychiatry services for children and adults with mental health concerns. This includes medication management, specialized therapy for trauma (EMDR), and case management services.

Primary Care

A primary care provider can help you stay well, prevent or manage chronic diseases, recover quickly from illness or injury, and get necessary immunizations and screenings. As a Community Health Center, we care for patients from newborns to older adults.

Addiction Recovery

Recovery from opioid, drug or alcohol addiction starts here. Each patient receives comprehensive care, free of judgement, which may include Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), peer support and more.

Infectious Disease

Our team works to prevent, screen and treat common infections including HIV, viral hepatitis, and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). We remove barriers to care, including offering walk-in testing.
