Signature Health Opens Newly Renovated Beachwood Health-Center at New Chagrin Boulevard Location

BEACHWOOD, Ohio — Signature Health has officially relocated its Beachwood Health Center to a newly renovated facility at 24755 Chagrin Boulevard, Beachwood, Ohio 44122, continuing its long-term investment in providing accessible behavioral health and medical care to the community.

The new Beachwood Health Center opened for patient care on Monday, July 13, 2026, following the relocation from Signature Health's previous Beachwood location at 24200 Chagrin Boulevard.

The nearly 42,000-square-foot facility was designed to support Signature Health's integrated, whole-person approach to care, creating a welcoming and modern environment for patients, families, and staff. The new location allows Signature Health to continue meeting the evolving health care needs of the Beachwood community while strengthening access to a broad range of services under one roof.

To mark the opening, Signature Health hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on June 26, welcoming community leaders, elected officials, partners, patients, and advocates to tour the renovated facility and learn more about the organization's continued presence in Beachwood. Attendees included Justin Berns, Mayor of Beachwood; Eric Synenberg, Ohio State Representative; Jason Joyce, CEO of the Cuyahoga County ADAMHS Board; members of Beachwood City Council; and representatives from the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC).

"Today is more than a ribbon-cutting," said Shayna Jackson, Signature Health's Chief Behavioral Health Officer. "Today is the culmination of years of work, vision, and unwavering belief that every person in this community deserves a healing space that feels worthy of them—a space that says: you matter, your health matters, and there's hope when you need it most."

The facility reflects Signature Health's ongoing commitment to investing in communities across Northeast Ohio and ensuring that patients have access to comprehensive, person-centered care close to home.

"This is not just a building—it is a statement," Jackson said. "It says that Signature Health is here to stay in Beachwood. That we are investing in this community for the long term. And that our patients have a permanent home specially designed to support the care, comfort, and dignity they can always expect from Signature Health."

The Beachwood Health Center is now open and accepting patients at its new location.
