If you are age 13-19 seeking care in Painesville or Ashtabula, it's recommended to attend a drop-in Teen Clinic to meet with an educator and/or a clinician, as needed. No appointment necessary.
If you don't have insurance, the first step is to meet with a Signature Health team member to discuss paying for care. View our Sliding Fee Scale here. The following info is helpful, but not required to have available during this appointment:
- Proof of any household income (e.g., pay stubs, bank statement, etc.)
- Proof of where you live (e.g., cell phone or utility bill with an address, bank statement, etc.)
