Teen Clinic
Signature Health’s Sexual and Reproductive Health program offers weekly walk-in Teen Clinics on Mondays from 3 to 5 p.m. The location rotates each week between Painesville and Ashtabula.

What To Expect
Any teenager 13-19 years of age can walk in to one of our Teen Clinics to access the following confidential services. Teens will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. You can expect to meet with an educator and/or a clinician as needed.
- Birth control methods
- Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Pregnancy testing and counseling about options
- Emergency contraception
- Sexual health and family planning education
