Thank you for trusting us with your care.
To establish mental health or addiction recovery care, the first step is completing a 90-minute assessment. These appointments are typically scheduled in advance, or we offer walk-in slots Monday through Friday.
In addition to mental health and addiction recovery Services, we also offer primary care, sexual and reproductive health, dental services, and have a Signature Health pharmacy at each of our six locations.

For patients without insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale program for those who qualify. This means payment is based on your income and household size. We can also help new patients get set up with Medicaid. Private insurance is accepted only in some cases when patients receive grant-supported sexual and reproductive health services.
