With six community health centers across Northeast Ohio and telehealth options, you'll create a plan with your care team to reach your full potential. This means achieving your mental health, recovery or wellness goals with the help of compassionate providers and getting the support you need to feel better.

The first step is completing a New Patient Visit with a counselor. This assessment can be scheduled ahead of time, or we welcome drop-ins Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm (both at the offices and online). Medicaid and several Medicare plans are accepted, and we offer a Sliding Fee Scale program to patients who qualify. Learn more about accepted insurances.
