Signature Health Appoints New Chief Nursing & Operations Officer

Signature Health is pleased to promote Anna Whitmer, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, NI-BC, to Chief Nursing & Operations Officer (CNOO). 

In this role, Anna will provide executive oversight for nursing, clinical operations, and key patient services across the organization. She will partner closely with medical leadership and operational teams to strengthen system-wide standards; support high-quality, team-based care; and advance the operational systems that enable reliable access, safety and performance throughout Signature Health’s continuum of care. 

Anna has been with Signature Health for 10 years. Her previous role was Medical Director of Addiction Medicine, Residential & Clinical Informatics, and she began her tenure as a psychiatry nurse practitioner. In May, she expects to graduate as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), with a focus in Executive Leadership.
