Signature Health accepts traditional Medicare and these Medicare Advantage Plans:

If you have an accepted Medicare plan, please choose the type of visit you'd like to schedule:
2-Part Welcome Visit | Speak with an Assessment Counselor and a Medical Provider for whole-person health. This type of visit is recommended for ages 18+ and lasts 80 minutes. Medicare patients may have a double co-pay.
1-Part Welcome Visit | Speak with an Assessment Counselor only. This type of visit is for all ages and lasts 60 minutes
If you do not have an accepted Medicare plan or are concerned about co-insurance costs for treatment, please schedule an appointment with a financial specialist, or speak with a financial specialist on-demand, Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm, via video or phone call. Thanks to grant funding, we can help with out-of-pocket costs related to problem gambling care. Be sure to mention you are seeking treatment for gambling.
