Residential Facilities
Our Residential Facilities
In addition to providing outpatient mental health, addiction recovery and primary care services at our six health centers, we also offer residential facilities.
Signature Health’s residential treatment facilities care for patients who have a mental health, substance use disorder (SUD) or dual diagnosis. Each facility provides three daily meals and has staff members on site 24/7. The population served is primarily individuals with Medicaid or who qualify for our Sliding Fee Scale program based on household income.
Our facilities include:
- Bridgeview Manor, located in Ashtabula, is a mental health facility for men.
- Roberto Flores Home, located in Euclid, is a dual diagnosis treatment facility for adults.
- C.H. Everett Clinic, located in Mentor, is a mental health facility for adults.
- ORCA House in Cleveland is currently closed. We are in the process of relocating and reopening this facility in 2024 to serve patients with a mental health and/or substance use disorder.
